HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return the goods you can follow these easy steps, you can return the item/s within 14 days from the day of receipt and return costs are at your charge:
STEP 1
Write an e-mail to contact@anniel.com titled:
"Return request"
Explain why you want to return the goods.
Don't forget to add following details:
INVOICE NR.
ORDER NR.
ARTICLE CODE
YOUR ADRESS
YOUR TELEPHONE NR.
YOUR E-MAIL
STEP 2
Re-pack the goods in their original box and
put a copy of the invoice inside the parcel.
STEP 3
Wait for the e-mail confirmation in which you will find
Courrier tracking number and pick-up timing info.
IMPORTANT!
Please remember, automatic size/model changing is not available.
It’s necessary to return goods and place a new order.
Return service costs remain at your charge.
Anniel reserve the right to verify the integrity of the goods returned
and will refund the net price of the purchase within 30 days after goods reception.

RETURN COSTS
For Extra UE country the return is permitted only with DHL and UPS after Anniel authorization.

To returns over 2 pairs/pcs per single order, the commissions
of the payment of 2,5% will be deducted from the refund.

Richiudi il pacco nella confezione originale
e inserisci copia della fattura all’interno.
STEP 3
Attendi la nostra e-mail di conferma dove troverai
le info per il ritiro da parte del corriere.
IMPORTANTE!
Ricordiamo che non sono possibili sostituzioni automatiche per cambio taglia o modello
ma occorre effettuare il reso e anche contestualmente effettuare un nuovo ordine.
Le spese di reso sono a a carico dell’acquirente.
Anniel si riserva il diritto di verificare l’integrità del prodotto reso
e rimborserà il prezzo dell’acquisto al netto dei costi di reso entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione dello stesso.

COSTI DI RESO
Anniel si riserva il diritto di verificare l’integrità del prodotto reso prima
di rimborsare il prezzo dell’acquisto, al netto delle spese di trasporto se applicate e delle
spese di reso pari ad euro 9,00 (per l’Italia) entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione del reso stesso.
Per i resi maggiori di due paia/pezzi per singolo ordine verranno trattenute
dal rimborso le commissioni sul pagamento pari al 2,5%
